Mmmmm TEACUPS...
Well so my mother has decided to enter the cliched stage of teacup collecting early and we've both thoroughly enjoyed going around to certain op shops to find these lovely sets. My favorite is definitely the gorgeous three piece set with pink flowers, so I thought I'd better put them up and share X

Photos by Bella
Here's some photos I just found. I absolutely love the ones of the skirt, which is my friend Len's 'Woman with Barrow' which the musical peeps let her keep. The others are just some cool photos. X

Mag-nation
so me and the lovely Hannah decided to make a trip to the wonderful store Mag-nation. always on the lookout for good haunts ( preferably the sort where dnms can go on) it was perfect, full of interesting slick books to skim through whilst yapping away. X

Edith Head
Edith Head. What a wonder. costume designer for Paramount picture put her working for some of the most famous stars of the time. Such a Ginger Rogers, Bette Davis, Barbara Stanwyck, Shirley MacLaine, Anne Baxter, Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn, Elizabeth Taylor. Some of her best costumes are from the GREAT films 'To catch a thief' 'Roman Holiday' ( a favorite) 'sunset Blvd' and 'All about Eve'. She recieved eight Oscars in her career, being the only woman to do so. She had no experience when she first started at Paramount and learnt drawing from the talented Travis Banton. Clara Bow was Ediths first project and she created the costumes for her movie 'Wings'. With her signature look of a dark bob and 'i can see you, but you cant see me' sunglasses she became famous for being famous. If your not a fan of Vintage movies, I assure you her costumes will convince you. X
